My design philosophy starts with understanding the learner. I believe learning should be practical, engaging, and connected to real-world experiences. I use empathy to understand learners’ needs and challenges, and creativity and technology to make learning meaningful. Ultimately, I want to create learning experiences that are easy to understand, useful, and something learners can apply in their everyday lives.
